We want you fully confident at all times in the security solutions offered by our company. That's why we offer you performance guarantees that no one else does in Georgia.

• Our properly maintained security alarm systems work as designed or, if you have a loss, we'll reimburse you up to the first $1500 of your insurance deductible. To qualify, your security alarm system must be tested twice a year by Owen Security personnel and you may not add to or modify your system in any way without the expressed written consent of Owen Security Solutions. That's it...no fine print.
• If you have a properly maintained security camera surveillance system, we'll guarantee you a clear picture within its field of view when needed. If we're wrong and you have a loss, again we'll pay up to the first $1500 of your insurance deductible. To qualify, you must have a Owen Security Solutions security camera protection plan and make no modifications to the system.
• We'll make sure your monitoring signals are responded to the right way at all times. If we don't and you have a loss, we'll again pay up to the first $1500 (notice a trend here?) of your insurance deductible. You must be using a supervised method of alarm signal transmission and it must be in operating order.
• Should your system need service, we show up on time or you don't pay the trip charge. We also fix your problem right the first time or the labor part of the repair is free.
• If we are doing management and reporting for your access control system, the work is done on time or that month's service is free.
