About our Quality Manager
Josh started his career with Owen in 1997 after graduating from Gordon Central High School. Having grown with the company, his most crucial role today is to insure technicians are prepared for each day. This includes making sure each Owen vehicle is stocked with the correct parts to provide solutions to our clients, as well as maintaining the most efficient schedule for those technicians. Josh is charged with a myriad of other duties, which include building maintenance, vehicle maintenance, and technical training provided for techs, customer service reps and the sales team. He also maintains inventory in our warehouse.
