When you request a quote or site assessment, contact us, or use the Customer Center, we collect what you enter in the form. Depending on the form, that can include your name, company, email address, phone number, preferred contact method, site address, the type of property and systems involved, your timeline, and any message you write.
Customer Center requests can also include account details needed to service your system, such as an account or invoice number, emergency call list contacts, certificate of insurance details, and monitoring passcodes. Passcodes and call list details are used only to update your monitoring records and are never used for marketing.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our site and our service providers automatically receive standard technical information when you visit, such as your browser type, device, pages viewed, the page that referred you, and an approximate location derived from your IP address. We use cookies and similar technologies for this, including:
- Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, to understand how visitors use the site
- Google Ads, to measure and improve our advertising
- Meta (Facebook) Pixel, to measure and improve our advertising on Meta platforms

How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business (such as website hosting, email delivery, our monitoring center and customer management software), and only for those purposes. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect people or property, or as part of a merger or sale of the business.
How long we keep it
We keep information for as long as needed for the purposes above, including the length of any customer relationship and any period required by law or our record-keeping obligations.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information you submitted, or to stop sending you marketing messages, by contacting us below. Depending on where you live, for example California, you may have additional rights under state law, and we will honor verified requests as the law requires.
Security
We protect submitted information with encrypted connections and limit access to the people who need it to serve you. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
This site is intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
